The Craft Group

The group meets at the Stables Studio clubhouse most Tuesdays 2pm-4pm

Come along and bring your own craft project to work on in a friendly atmosphere with other like-minded crafters.

General painting

The Stables Studio is open several afternoons and evenings a week. A regular group of pals meet up for art and a chat. Please come along and make yourself at home! Please check for confirmation on the club’s WhatsApp.

Life drawing

Blocks of life drawing are held on Thursday evenings during the academic year, 7.00 pm – 9.30 pm, dates posted in the club. There is a small additional cost per session to cover model fees. Life drawing sessions are booked and paid for in advance.

Occasionally, the models are local people with interesting professions and attire. Recently, we have had a young ballerina and a gentleman from the Salvation Army, who both provided a lively diversion from the norm.
