Greenock Art Club is based at
The Stables Studio, Broomberry Drive, Gourock PA19 1QB .
The club was set up to encourage and support the arts within the local area. To bring artists together and provide a studio where everyone could meet to encourage one another through their common love of painting.
Established in 1877 Greenock Art Club has boasted many a fine artist over the years including James Watt and the late Alec Galt.
Facilities
The club offers a very spacious studio space with kitchen and toilet facilities. Tables and easels are provided for artists to work at.
The club offers a varied programme of activities over the course of the year which include critique nights, demonstrations & workshops from leading prominent artists.
