Jim has been exhibiting and selling his work for many years in, and around, the west of Scotland. He works mainly in oil and watercolour. Jim’s work is well-known for it’s rich, layered textures and vivid colours. Favourite subjects include the docks and shipping and the scenery around the Scottish Islands. Jim also produces portraits of interesting people with expressive faces.
